2022高雄左營萬年季/全市兒童著古裝演講比賽/動辦法

一、演講主題：
萬年縣歷史文化、萬年季由來

高雄市左營地區原名萬年縣，其開發與明鄭時代的設治和軍中有很大的關連。明永曆十五年（1661年），鄭成功逐退荷蘭人，建立漢人在台地位，稱台灣為東部，表示係明朝的政治延續，深具復明的意義，並設承人府及天興、萬年二縣，分轄台灣南北；其中萬年縣治設於前鋒尾，為南路統治中心，衙署在今左營舊城內。永曆十八年（1664年），鄭經改東都為東郡，升縣為州，州治仍在左營。

而左營區的區域特色就在於它境內有著截然不同的社區景觀，整個左營區儼然就像是台灣歷史的縮影，擁有豐富的傳統歷史文化、眷村竹籬笆文化及重劃區的新都會文化，這三個不同背景的群落正是左營人引以為傲的文化資產。 為了保存地區的傳統民俗文化以塑造左營地方特色，發展地方文化振興當地經濟特地用萬年為主軸。活動創始之初，為了喚起在地民眾對左營歷史的文化認知跟認同，因此活動便以「萬年」命名，具象徵左營部落精神指標，而萬年季也沿用至今。

演講比賽希望以上主軸去做發想與聯想，萬年流傳的文化底蘊，歷史的相貌軌跡，在地傳統人文的互動。希望藉由這麼好的活動機會，讓小朋友去了解理解台灣本身的樣貌，如何透過小朋友的視角帶領我們走一趟時光之旅，由他們的視角去看看萬年的文化底蘊左營獨有特色風貌。

二、報名方式：

1. 報名方式：採取網路報名https://bit.ly/3ARDPn3  或用手機掃描QR Code（額滿即停止受理）
2. 報名期間：09/14（三）至09/25（日）截止
3. 比賽時間：10/08（六）14:00~17:00
4. 比賽地點：左營孔廟大成殿（高雄市左營區蓮潭路400號）
5. 報名對象：高雄市全市國小學生

三、參賽規則

(一) 辦理方式

1. 鎖定高雄市國小學童報名參加，可根據國語、台語報名。
2. 報到時間13：30-14：00，報名成功者需在比賽當日報到，未報到者視同放棄，且凡完成報到參賽者，贈送小禮品一份。
3. 演講順序根據報到順序安排。
4. 講評頒獎時間16：50-17：00。
5. 由主辦單位聘請學者、專家擔任評審。

(二)參加人數：共40名，額滿即停止受理。

(三)時間限制：時間以5分鐘為主，超過30秒扣「平均總分」1分，長度不足3分鐘者，低於30秒扣「平均總分」1分。

(四)演講語言：國語、台語。

(五)身穿古裝演講，報名時提供學童身高以便主辦單位準備服裝。

(六)評分標準：

1. 故事內容：40%(內容適切性、豐富性、啟發性及創意性等)。
2. 表達能力：40%(聲、韻、調、情感張力、肢體語言或道具等)。
3. 台風儀態：20%(台風、表演儀態等)。
4. 演講內容與大綱不符或主題不符者，統一扣「平均總分」2分。
5. 表演道具以參賽者獨自一人操作為主，若違反規定或影響決賽流程，酌扣「平均總分」1-3分。
6. 分數相同時，獲勝平分採(1)故事內容(2)表達能力(3)台風儀態。

(六)獎金

• 第一名:1名獎金2000元，獎狀乙紙
• 第二名:1名獎金1500元，獎狀乙紙
• 第三名:1名獎金1000元，獎狀乙紙
• 佳作獎:5名，獎狀乙紙

注意事項：

The speech contest is based on Wan Nian County’s history or culture, materials or subjects from the Wan Nian Folklore Festival, a cultural heritage passed down through time, the trajectory of history or the interaction of local traditions and humanities. We hope that this event can provide a good opportunity for children to learn and understand the appearance of Taiwan itself. The goal is to take us on a journey of time through the children’s perspectives and witness the unique features of Zuoying and the cultural heritage of Wan Nian through their eyes.

II. Registration Method：

Registration method: register online or scan the QR code using your mobile phone (acceptance will stop when the quota is full)
Registration time: 09/14 (Wednesday) to 09/25 (Sunday)
Competition time: 10/08 (Saturday) 14:00~17:00
Competition location: Da Cheng Hall of Zuoying Confucius Temple (No. 400, Liantan Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City)
Registration subjects: elementary school students in Kaohsiung City

III. Competition Rules
(I) Undertaking Method
Only elementary school children in Kaohsiung City may register and registration can be based on Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Report time: 13:30-14:00. Those who successfully registered must report on the day of the competition. Those who do not report will be deemed to have abandoned the competition and those who complete the reporting process will be given a small gift.

The order of speeches shall be arranged according to the order of registration.
The awarding presentation time is 16:50-17:00.
The organizer will retain scholars and experts to serve as reviewers.

(II) Number of Participants: 40 in total and acceptance will stop when the quota is full.

(III) Time limit: the time is mainly 5 minutes. If the time exceeds 30 seconds, the “average total score” will be deducted by 1 point. If the length is less than 3 minutes, the “average total score” will be deducted by 1 point for each 30 seconds less than 3 minutes.

(IV) Language of speech: Mandarin or Taiwanese.

(V) To wear costumes for speeches, please provide the student’s height during registration to facilitate costume preparation by the organizer.

(VI) Scoring standard:
Story content: 40% (content appropriateness, richness, inspiration and creativity, etc.).
Expression ability: 40% (voice, rhyme, tone, emotional tension, body language, props, etc.).
Stage presence: 20% (demeanor, performance, etc.).
If the content of the speech is inconsistent with the outline or the theme, the “average total score” will be deducted by 2 points.

The performance props shall be mainly operated by the contestants alone. If there is a violation or a disruption in the final process, 1-3 points will be deducted from the “average total score.”

If the scores are the same, the winner will be determined based on (1) story content, (2) expressive ability and (3) stage presence.

(VII) Prizes

• First Place: 1 winner for a NT$2000 prize and a certificate
• Second Place: 1 winner for a NT$1500 prize and a certificate
• Third Place: 1 winner for a NT$1000 prize and a certificate
• Outstanding work award: 5 winners for a certificate of recognition

一、スピーチのテーマ：
スピーチコンテストでは、万年県の歴史・文化、万年フェスティバルの由来を主軸として万年に伝わる文化遺産、歴史の軌跡、地域の伝統と文化の交流などについて考え、または連想していただきます。このような素晴らしい機会に、子どもたちが台湾の姿を理解し、子どもたちの目に我々が歩んだ時を映し出してもらいます。彼らの視点から、万年の文化遺産や左営の特色を見てください。

二、応募方法：
応募方法：オンライン応募または携帯電話でQRコードを読み取る（定員になり次第締め切ります）
応募期間：9/14（水）～9/25（日）
大会日程：10/8（土）14:00〜17:00
大会会場：左営孔廟大成殿（高雄市左営区蓮潭路400号）
応募対象：高雄市の小学生

三、応募規定

（一）応募方法

高雄市内の小学生であれば誰でも参加することができます。中国語と台湾語での応募となります。
受付時間13:30～14:00。合格者は大会当日必ず受付を済ませてください。受付申請がない場合、放棄したものとみなします。受付完了者にはプレゼントを贈呈します。
スピーチの順番は、申請順となります。
授賞式16:50〜17:00 。
主催者指定の学者・専門家が審査を行います。

(二)参加人数：計40名（定員になり次第受付終了）

(三) 制限時間：5分を基準とし、30秒超えた場合は「平均総得点」から1点を減点し、3分以内の場合30秒未満につき「平均総得点」から1点を減点します。

(四) 発表言語：中国語、台湾語。

(五)伝統服を着てスピーチしてもらいます。コスチュームは主催側で準備いたしますので、申込時に身長を付記してください。

(六) 採点基準：
内容：40％（内容の適切性、豊かさ、インスピレーション、創造性など）。
表現力：40％（声、韻、トーン、感情のテンション、ボディランゲージや小道具など）。
ステージマナー：20％（ステージマナー、パフォーマンスマナーなど）。
発表内容が概要やテーマにそぐわない場合は、「平均総得点」から2点減点されます。
小道具は主に参加者だけで操作するものとし、ルールに違反した場合や決勝の流れに影響が出た場合は「平均総得点」から1〜3点減点されます。
同点の場合は、（1）内容（2）表現力（3）ステージマナーを平均点で勝敗を決めます。

(六) 賞金
第1位：賞金2,000元、賞状1枚
第2位：賞金1,500元、賞状1枚
第3位：賞金1,000元、賞状1枚
優秀賞：5名、賞状1枚
